Salary: £35,000 – £43,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- First Impressions Matter – Managing the reception desk, welcoming guests, and ensuring every visitor receives a professional, five-star experience.
- Call & Visitor Management – Handling incoming calls, taking messages accurately, and directing queries efficiently.
- Meeting Room Coordination – Managing bookings, setting up rooms, and ensuring all facilities are prepared for client meetings.
- Administrative Support – Assisting with office administration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Security & Compliance – Managing visitor sign-in processes, liaising with building security, and ensuring GDPR compliance when handling sensitive information.
- Office Presentation – Ensuring the reception area remains immaculate at all times, reflecting the company’s high standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or concierge role (corporate, hospitality, or luxury retail backgrounds are ideal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and polished.
- Strong organisation and time-management abilities – able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- A calm, proactive approach – someone who anticipates needs before they arise.
