Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House: Welcome high-profile clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an excellent first impression.
  • Call Handling: Manage incoming calls with efficiency, directing them to the appropriate team members and handling inquiries where appropriate.
  • Meeting Room Management: Oversee the scheduling and setup of meeting rooms, ensuring they are always presentable and fully equipped.
  • Visitor Coordination: Organise visitor passes, refreshments, and any special requirements to guarantee a seamless experience.
  • Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing deliveries, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules for senior team members, balancing priorities and ensuring meetings run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist or Front of House role, ideally in financial services or a corporate environment.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • A highly organised individual who can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • A polished, professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
