Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, guests, and visitors with a friendly, professional, and polished approach.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently, responding to enquiries where appropriate.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are fully prepared, well presented, and equipped for meetings.
  • Arrange visitor access, refreshments, and any additional requirements to create a seamless guest experience.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing deliveries, ordering office supplies, and assisting with general office tasks.
  • Support senior team members with diary coordination and scheduling to ensure meetings run efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception and front-of-house areas to an exceptional standard at all times.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front of House professional within a corporate or financial services environment is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and approachable manner.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy workplace.
  • Professional presentation and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently when required.
