- Collaborate with the HRIS team to maintain and update compensation data and systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Analyze compensation and rewards data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Drive the communication and education of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees have a clear understanding of the total rewards offerings available to them.
- Lead special compensation projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructurings, and job grading initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with external vendors and consultants to leverage their expertise and ensure effective administration of compensation and rewards programs.
- Support the annual budgeting process by providing data and insights related to compensation costs and trends.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in compensation and rewards, continuously enhancing the bank’s programs to remain competitive in the market.
- Experience in compensation and rewards management, preferably within the financial services industry or a global investment bank.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Proven experience designing and implementing comprehensive compensation and rewards programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and long-term incentives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, conduct market research, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in compensation analysis and benchmarking tools, HR information systems (HRIS), and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations in various jurisdictions.
